Team Centered Learning
This blended program is designed to be used with multiple teams of 3 to 5 people each, forming a cohort of approximately 20 members. It can be used in a "closed" format, meaning that the program is run entirely
within your organization's environment or in a shared "open" format, where individuals from your organization will join a mixed community of users in regularly scheduled classes.
The program follows the life of a simulated project from inception to production. There are four key milestones along the timeline that separate the sections of the overall training: Analyze, Design, Develop and Deliver. To reach the milestones you need to complete a number of discreet tasks that demonstrate you have the right behaviors to be
successful. Through the use of simulations, blogs, online resource library, online lessons, conference calls, and live online meetings, you will have an opportunity to practice skills in a simulation where you will help a person like you achieve the same goals in a different business setting. Finally, your team will apply learning to a real work
project.
