The
Change Cycle™ Series is designed to assist people in gaining the
perspective, tools, and vocabulary to accurately identify the specific
issues and questions that are relevant to their implementation of
organizational change. Via training, keynote presentations, and
seminars, our certified trainers and facilitators provide pertinent
skills to assist participants in taking personal responsibility for
their reactions and responses within changing environments.
We offer organizational training programs for general employees and all
levels of management, with formats ranging from 60-minute overviews to
two-day manager training sessions. Our training materials are available
in Spanish, French, and English.
The
Change Cycle™ Model
Change has always been a necessary aspect of life and work, and our
world is changing more rapidly than ever. It is likely that you will
have to cope with a variety of changes in the near future. Your success

predictable stages. The Change Cycle™ Model identifies the thoughts,
feelings and behaviors associated with each stage of change. There is no

How to
Get Change Ready
The Locator™ Assessment Profile is the foundation of The Change Cycle™. The Locator™ pinpoints where an individual stands with respect to a specific change or challenge. Knowing where one is in the cycle is the start of planning how to move forward.
The Change Cycle™ eLearning Program provides an efficient,
interactive way to collect individual or team based assessments using an
online version of The Locator™, and allows a manager leader to quickly
see where the group is having difficulty in navigating through the cyles
of the change process. This online tool also provides practical
gjuidance for the manager regarding how to -- and how NOT to -- move
team members forward through the cycle.
A full complement of training programs are also
available to support your organization's ability to achieve change
resiliency.
